LB Installs provides cabinet & wardrobe wrapping based in Luton but serving Bedfordshire and beyond for homeowners who want to modernise fitted storage, bedroom furniture and interior units without replacing pieces that remain functional. Using premium architectural films, we resurface suitable existing furniture in a wide choice of colours, textures and effects, creating a new appearance with considerably less upheaval than conventional renovation.
If you are considering upgrading your home, our team is ready to guide you through your options, finishes, and pricing.
If your bedroom storage, cupboards or fitted units look dated but remain structurally sound, architectural film can change their appearance while retaining the furniture underneath.
The service is particularly useful when you like the existing layout but not its colour, texture or style. Suitable surfaces can be resurfaced to create anything from understated contemporary furniture to woodgrain, stone-inspired or textured effects.

Each project starts with the existing surface because condition and suitability matter as much as appearance. Depending on the furniture and substrate, applications can include:
A survey allows LB Installs to assess the surfaces properly before confirming the specification. This is important because architectural film performs best on stable, suitable substrates. Existing surface problems or damage may affect what can be achieved and warranty coverage.
One of the main advantages of architectural film is design choice. LB Installs can source thousands of finishes and provide material swatches during the survey, helping you compare options in the room where they will actually be installed.
Options include contemporary colours, wood effects, stone-inspired designs and textured surfaces. This makes it possible to coordinate bedroom furniture with flooring, walls and other features rather than being restricted to the limited finishes available on replacement furniture.

After discussing the dimensions, condition and finish you have in mind, LB Installs can provide an initial indication of cost before progressing to a detailed survey.
The survey confirms surface suitability and project requirements. Samples can be viewed at this stage, with guidance on the benefits and limitations of different materials.
Careful preparation is essential to the finished appearance and durability. The selected architectural film is precisely applied to the agreed surfaces, with close attention given to edges, details and less visible areas.
Once finished, you will receive relevant care and warranty information. Material warranties vary by application and are subject to the applicable product terms and correct care.
Price depends on factors such as the amount of furniture, dimensions, surface condition, complexity and selected material. LB Installs uses a survey-led approach rather than applying a single price to substantially different projects. You can review further information on the pricing page.
Longevity also varies with the application, environment and care. LB Installs offers material warranties typically ranging from 8 to 12 years depending on these factors, while explaining what is and is not covered before work proceeds.
Based in Luton, LB Installs provides residential wrapping services for homeowners across Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire, including:

Yes. Material warranties typically range between 8 and 12 years depending on the product and application. Coverage is subject to relevant conditions, including correct care, and problems originating from the underlying substrate or misuse may not be covered.
If your fitted storage still works well but no longer suits your interior, LB Installs can assess whether architectural film provides a practical alternative to replacement. With specialist installation experience, premium material choices and a detailed survey process, you can make an informed decision about the finish, suitability and cost before proceeding.
